Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods published by the Seller and confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are binding on both parties. The Terms and Conditions further define and clarify the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.
DEFINITIONS
1. Seller – The Seller is the e-shop Gigaly.co.uk, Czech Trade Intermediaries s.r.o., VAT number: CZ11758848, registered office at Kaprova 42/14, 11000 Prague, Czech Republic, entered in the Trade Register.
2. Buyer – The Buyer is a consumer or an entrepreneur. A consumer is a natural person who, when concluding and fulfilling the Purchase Agreement with the Seller, does not act within the scope of their business or other entrepreneurial activity or the independent exercise of their profession. When entering the business relationship, the consumer provides the Seller only with the contact details necessary for the smooth processing of the order.
PRICES
If the Seller notifies the Buyer of a price change due to unforeseen circumstances within 24 hours of receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order. If the goods are not in stock at the time of ordering, they will be invoiced at the prices valid on the date of delivery to the Buyer. The e-shop www.gigaly.co.uk does not accept cash payments and is therefore not obliged to issue an EET receipt.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Parcels are usually dispatched on the next working day after receipt of the order and are delivered via Czech Post. Dispatched parcels can be tracked via the web browser application. Delivery charges include handling, packaging and postage. Handling and delivery fees are fixed (regardless of the total weight or size of the shipment). We recommend grouping items into a single order. If you place two orders on the same day and notify us in time, we can ship both for the price of a single postage fee.
PERSONAL DATA
To provide our services, we need to know certain personal data from you. We respect your privacy and endeavour to minimise the amount of data collected and protect it from misuse. Our handling of personal data fully complies with legal regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act. From you as a private individual customer, we must require the following data when making a purchase: first name and surname, full postal address, email address. This data is necessary for your identification, communication, order processing and payment accounting. If you purchase as a company, we also require the company’s registered address, Company ID and VAT number. All data we obtain about you and your purchases is protected against misuse and not provided to anyone else (except for companies providing shipping services or payment processing, who receive only the minimum necessary information for smooth order processing) and is used solely to provide quality services. You have the right to notify us in writing at any time of any changes, additions or requests to delete all your personal data previously provided.
RETURN OF GOODS
The Buyer has the right to return goods without giving a reason within 100 days, and is obliged to send the goods at their own expense to the address below. The Buyer is liable to the Seller only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This does not apply if the Seller failed to inform the Buyer in accordance with Section 1820(1)(f). The Seller has the right to charge costs associated with restoring the goods to their original condition. (1) If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, the money will be refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal, all funds received including delivery costs, by the same method. Refunds by a different method will only occur if the Buyer agrees and incurs no additional cost. (2) If the Buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest offered, the Seller will refund the delivery cost corresponding to the cheapest offered method. (3) The Seller will cover the return shipping costs if they failed to inform the consumer of the obligation to bear these costs under Section 1820(1)(g). (4) If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, the Seller is not obliged to refund the funds before the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.
COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
Risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon acceptance from the carrier. Upon receipt, always carefully inspect the parcel to ensure it is complete, the packaging is intact and the contents match the order. Any missing items or damaged packaging must be reported to the carrier upon delivery. Notify us of any other discrepancies by email (info@gigaly.co.uk) no later than 48 hours after delivery. A two-year warranty applies to the goods, excluding defects arising from wear and tear, improper handling, or mechanical damage. Complaints will be handled without undue delay, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of complaint. The Seller will provide confirmation of the complaint date and method of resolution, including details of any repair and its duration, or a written justification for rejection. Send goods for complaint to the address below with the order reference and precise description of the defect. Incomplete information will prevent the complaint from being processed and will result in return of the item to the Buyer.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a consumer dispute arises between the Seller and the consumer under the Purchase Agreement or Service Agreement that cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the designated body, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
