Those suffering from OSA repeatedly stop breathing for short periods during sleep.
• This device is not always effective in treating OSA, so it is important to seek advice from a doctor if you suspect you may have OSA.

• How do you use it?
• First, shape the mouthpiece in hot water so that it fits comfortably in your mouth.
• Detailed step-by-step instructions are included, along with a tab for handling. After this one-time fitting, you will store the device in your mouth before sleeping and remove it upon waking.
• The device can be placed in the protective case provided between uses to allow it to dry and protect it from dirt and damage.
• If for any reason you need to reshape it, simply follow the shaping instructions again.

• How does it work?
• When you sleep, the mouthpiece gently holds the lower jaw in a slightly forward position.
• This opens the airways in the throat, helping to reduce/eliminate snoring.
