Collagen casing for sausages and hot dogs
Edible collagen sausage casing, intended for heat-treated meat products or long-lasting fermented (cold process). The casings are excellently permeable to smoke and water vapour, characterised by high elasticity and seamless machine processing on all common types of stuffing machines.
