Electronic 3D Pen for Children

Instructions for Use

• At the back of the device, you will find the power connector and the opening for inserting the filament.
• The 3D pen must be permanently connected to a power source.
• This is done using a USB cable or a plug adapter.
• The filament passes through the opening to the melting head (nozzle), from where it is extruded as a molten material.
• Some packages may include a stand.
• This is important because the tip of the pen often reaches temperatures over 200 °C during use and can burn you.
• Therefore, the 3D pen is not suitable for children under 9 years old.

With this model, you can set the following using the buttons:

-the temperature of the nozzle,
-the speed of the extruded melted filament,
-more advanced devices display the selected parameters on an LCD screen

1. Before drawing, turn on the device and let it heat up to the required temperature (usually a few dozen seconds).
2. Then insert the filament – 3D pens use filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm
3. The end of the filament must be straight; use regular scissors or wire cutters to trim it.
4. After inserting, push the filament towards the tip.
5. Once the melted plastic starts to flow from the nozzle, break off the melted filament and start drawing.
6. If you want to change the colour of the 3D filament, "reverse" the old filament and only then insert the new filament.
