Delivery 
All orders include free delivery.
Your parcel will be delivered to your address by the most suitable courier selected by us.
Why and how do we choose the courier?
We choose the courier to ensure the best price, fastest delivery, and most reliable handling of your order. The choice depends primarily on the delivery address, the weight and dimensions of the parcel, and the current workload of available couriers.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via the selected courier.
Payment 
All payment methods are free of charge.
Online card payment – The fastest way to pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more. You can also pay quickly using Apple Pay.
Bank transfer – Bank transfers may take 1–2 working days. Once you place your order, we will send you an email with our bank details and payment reference. Please make sure to include the correct payment reference to allow us to match your payment to your order.
QR code payment – QR code payments may also take 1–2 working days. You will receive an email with the QR code after completing your order.
Cash on delivery – This option was discontinued on 1 September 2023 due to a high number of uncollected parcels.
Delivery Times 
A tracking number will be sent to your email automatically with every order.
Orders are handed over to the courier within 24 hours after payment is received.
The usual delivery time is 10 to 25 working days (98% of orders arrive within this timeframe). The maximum delivery time is 70 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery takes longer as items are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses abroad. If you are not home, the courier will leave a collection notice or contact you via SMS. For smaller and lower-value items, the delivery time may be around 5 working days longer, and the parcel may be delivered directly to your letterbox.
