We prepare a contract including the final price covering all costs (product, shipping, customs). Mass production then begins.Step 5: Final inspection
Before the shipment leaves for Europe, it is inspected by our local agent in China.Step 6: Shipping
The goods will be delivered to your warehouse. You choose whether to use air or sea freight.Step 7: Customs clearance

We handle all shipping to your warehouse, including customs clearance, using selected couriers. You don’t need to manage anything – we take care of it all. We’ll provide pricing and you can choose the shipping method that suits you best. For safety reasons, we only offer air and sea freight. We do not recommend rail or cargo transport due to the higher risk of theft or damage.
Shipping costs depend on several factors, mainly the volume of goods and the season. We always inform you of the latest rates from the courier.
In recent years, COVID-19 significantly impacted shipping. Prices tripled over a short period, and the difference between air and sea freight narrowed, making air transport more attractive. This situation may repeat.
Air Freight
Air freight is the fastest and safest method. Your goods can arrive within 14 days from the supplier's dispatch. However, consider your urgency, as air freight can be a significant cost. Recommended for orders above USD 100,000.
Sea Freight
Sea freight is significantly more economical (excluding the COVID-19 period), though delivery may take several months. Average shipping time from China to Europe is 2 months. If preparing for the Christmas season, order by the end of August. The closer it gets to Christmas, the longer shipping takes and the higher the costs.
Suppliers
Our partners are primarily manufacturing and export companies from Southeast Asia, especially China. As nearly 90% of our partners are based in China, we will focus on this region. Chinese factories are large, equipped with modern machinery, and experienced in producing large-scale orders for various clients. They can manufacture high-quality products that rival or surpass those from the US or Europe – depending on your specifications.
Chinese suppliers are capable of producing both excellent and substandard goods – it all depends on the client’s budget and material requirements. It’s no secret that many globally respected brands manufacture in China due to the quality. Chinese factories benefit from low labour costs, economies of scale, and state-of-the-art logistics hubs near airports and ports, enabling delivery in under 14 days. Including shipping, total costs are often much lower than for identical production in Europe or the US.
