Apply a base coat to your nails. Then cut out the design, remove the protective film, and soak it in water for 10-20 seconds. Move the soaked paper, with the design side down, onto your nail and dry it. Seal the prepared nail decoration with a clear nail polish. You can also enhance the design with decorative gems.
